What we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and project details. We also collect standard technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and IP address — used for analytics and, on the contact form, to prevent spam and bots. Security data is kept only as long as needed and is not linked to your message.

How we use it

We use your data to respond to inquiries, deliver our development services, send project updates, and improve our website. We also use it to comply with legal requirements.

We always capture basic error reports so we can fix bugs that affect the site. If you accept cookies, we additionally collect a small sampled session recording — page interactions and layout structure with all text content masked and media blocked — and a small sample of performance traces. These are used only for debugging and never for marketing or behavioral tracking. If you reject cookies, recordings and performance traces are turned off.

Sharing your data

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers that help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring), or when required by law.

Cookies and storage

When you first visit the site, we show a notice with Accept and Reject options. Your choice is stored in a single first-party cookie for one year, so we don't ask again on every visit.

Analytics and session-recording cookies (Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, Google Tag Manager, and Sentry session replay) are loaded only after you accept. If you reject, those tools do not run and set no cookies. Basic error reporting runs regardless, because it is necessary to keep the site functional. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can change your choice by clearing the consent cookie.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages stay in our inbox until we no longer need them. Rate-limit data is automatically deleted within 24 hours. Analytics and error logs are retained per our providers' standard retention windows (typically 30 days to 2 years).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to restrict or object to how we use it. If you're in the EU/UK, you can also contact your local data protection authority. Email us at iliyan@hypedapps.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Data security

We protect your data with HTTPS, encrypted storage, and limited access. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your information safe.
